General Studies
The goal of General Studies is to provide a quality general education curriculum which:
- Supports the general education component of career-oriented post-secondary programs of study that prepares graduates for immediate employment
- Encourages students to develop personally, morally, culturally, socially, and intellectually
- Provides remedial education for students who need to improve basic skills
- Includes free tutoring, computer-aided instruction, and study skills
- Offers services and appropriate accommodations to assist students with disabilities.
