Mission of the Foundation
The Foundation was incorporated under the Laws of the State of Georgia mission to promote the cause of lifelong vocational and technical education at the Heart Georgia Technical College, assist the creation of a quality workforce for middle Georgia and to be the legal organization through which donations may flow in support of improving this educational process and training capability. The Foundation is to supplement a continuum of relevant, quality, industry and student-driven learning services to improve a competitive economy that provides high skills, high wage jobs and to help prepare citizens of Middle Georgia for access to those jobs.

Ways to invest
- General (Unrestricted) Funds: Gifts of every size that are directed by the Foundation to areas of greatest need as identified by the College leadership.
- Endowed Funds: Scholarships of other special purposes established with a minimum investment. Funds are held in perpetuity with only interest earnings spent for awards.
- Deferred Investments: Memorial gifts of any size directed to the Foundation honoring relatives and friends. These activities include bequests, trusts, and life income gifts.
