For your convenience, two main entrances provide access to the Porter Center lobby, with several other access doors to and from the different meeting spaces.

Audio Equipment and Services:
- Each of the eight training rooms is equipped with a sound system including a amplifier and ceiling-mounted speaker systems.
- For events requiring multiple training rooms, the input signal for the training rooms can be combined to expand the coverage area to all training rooms that are being used.
- Wireless and wired microphones, booms and mic stands, mixers, CD players, cassette tape players, cables, and other rental equipment is also available.

Video Equipment and Services:
- Training Rooms A, B, C, E, F, and G are each equipped with ceiling-mounted LCD projectors and projection screens.
- Each of the training rooms listed has the capability of displaying images from a laptop computer, VCR, or DVD player using the installed equipment and the presenter's podium.
- The presenter's podium has a VHS format VCR, DVD player, and connections for either one or two computers.
- Presenters control the projector, screen, DVD player, and VCR from the presenter's podium.
- For events requiring multiple training rooms, the video signal can be routed to additional training rooms to expand the coverage area to all training rooms that are being used that are equipped with a projection system.
