Our large light-filled lobby serves a variety of purposes.
Set up with a registration or sign-in table, guests may
be warmly greeted immediately upon entering the building.
Each of the two main entrances is equipped with four doors
to provide easy access and smooth traffic flow through the
foyers and into the main lobby area.
If vendors are your preference, the open double atrium lobby will accommodate a large number of display tables for meeting participants to setup and share their knowledge and services.
Four ceiling-mounted, flat screen color television monitors allow customized displays of event information including PowerPoint presentations, custom group or company logo images, meeting
and event information, etc. In addition, a live event broadcast
from your function may be displayed, a favorite among our school graduations.
Two large, (35" wide x 27.5" high), programmable LED sign are also available in the lobby to display event information including event schedules, greetings, and other customized messages.
