Maintenance Helper (Part-Time)

| MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: |
High School diploma or GED. Ability to work well with others. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Valid Georgia driver’s license. Working knowledge of the standard practices, methods, materials and tools of general building and grounds maintenance. Work experience in plumbing or electrical. |
| PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: |
Technical diploma in air conditioning, industrial maintenance or related field. Work experience in heating, ventilation and air conditioning. |
| MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: |
Under supervision of the Director of Maintenance, assists in the maintenance and repair of college facilities, physical operation systems and safety protection systems. |
| TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: |
Part-time position, 25 hours per week. |
