| MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: |
High School diploma or GED is required and minimum of two years of full-time paid work experience in office administrative support environment within the past five years. Proficient in Office 2007. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Commitment to the team concept. |
| PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: |
(In addition to the minimum qualifications) A diploma or degree from a regional or nationally accredited institution in business or closely related field. Administrative experience in an educational setting with the BANNER student information system or other data entry system. |
| MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: |
Under close to general supervision, enters data and provides clerical and administrative support to the maintenance, registration, reporting, record retention and student records functions of the college. Assists with graduation and registration activities. Assists with basic questions and problems relative to the BANNER student information system. |
| TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: |
Full-time position, with some occasional evening work hours and overnight travel required. |
| SALARY: |
Salary for this position is commensurate with experience, credentials and the Technical College System of Georgia Salary Schedule. |
